• Deposits are non-refundable. All appointments REQUIRE a deposit, and you MUST book through the website.

• A late fee will be added 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment.

• After 45 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit is will not be refunded.

• The no-show fee is 50% of the service.

• All instant locs, starter coils, Ether locs and permanent loc extensions require a consultation. This can be done via Facetime or In-person.
